Booking tools and client platforms

How your website connects to the tools you already use.

Do I need a website if I already use Practice Better?

Usually, yes. Practice Better runs your client work, but a website is what explains who you are, helps people find you on Google, and sends them to book. The two work well together.

Does it work with Healthie?

Yes. We link your site to your Healthie booking page, so clients go straight from your site to booking in Healthie.

Does it work with SimplePractice?

Yes. We connect your site to your SimplePractice booking page or client portal link.

Can I add Calendly?

Yes, as a button or an embedded calendar. Calendly isn't built for health records, so keep booking questions simple and don't ask for health details there.

Can clients book directly from my site?

Yes. A clear Book button on every page takes them to your booking tool, or shows it right on the page where your tool allows.

Can I sell programs or courses?

Yes, usually by linking to the platform you already sell through, such as Kajabi, Teachable or Stripe. If you want a full shop or course area built, tell us and we'll quote first.

Can I add a newsletter sign-up?

Yes. We add a sign-up form connected to your email tool, such as MailerLite or Kit. Marketing emails have their own rules, including an unsubscribe link and a postal address.

Can I add a free guide download?

Yes. A simple form can offer a guide in exchange for an email, connected to your email tool. Keep the form free of health questions.

Can I connect a Facebook or Instagram feed?

We can link to your profiles, and add a feed if you want one. Feeds can slow a page down, so we often suggest a few chosen posts or images instead.

Can you add a client portal login?

Yes, as a clear link to your portal, such as Practice Better or Healthie. The portal itself stays with that company, which is where client records belong.

Do you add Google Maps?

Yes, if you see clients at a real location. A map can slow a page, so we load it only when someone asks to see it.

Can I take payments on my site?

The simplest way is through your booking tool or a Stripe payment link. Your site can link to those without storing any card details.

What about Jane, Kalix or other practice tools?

Most practice tools offer a booking link or portal link, and that's all your site needs. Tell us which tool you use and we'll connect it.
