Information you choose to send
When you use the contact or website-request form, Itersi may collect your name, email address, phone number, profession or practice type, current website, service interest, selected template, and the message you write.
Technical information used for form safety
The application stores the page that referred you to the form when available and a one-way hash derived from the submitting network address and the application key. The hash is used as a lightweight abuse-prevention signal, the application does not intentionally store the raw network address in the contact-lead record.
How the information is used
Itersi uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, keep a record of prospective-client conversations, troubleshoot delivery problems, and protect the form from abuse. Submitting the contact form does not by itself enroll you in marketing email.
Where information is processed
Form records are stored in the website database and inquiry notifications are sent through the SMTP provider configured by Itersi. Hosting, email, and other infrastructure providers may therefore process information as necessary to provide those services.
Cookies and external resources
The site uses essential framework/session functionality needed for security features such as form protection. The current design also loads web fonts from Google, so a visitor's browser may make a direct request to Google's font infrastructure. This package does not include advertising trackers or an analytics platform by default.
Sharing and selling
Itersi does not build this contact system to sell inquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers that are necessary to operate the website or email, or when disclosure is required to protect rights, security, or comply with applicable obligations.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records should be kept only as long as reasonably useful for the business relationship, recordkeeping, security, and applicable obligations. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate, email [email protected].
Other websites
Itersi may link to DietitianLaunch and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are separate from this notice.
Before major tracking changes
If Itersi later adds analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, newsletter tracking, or additional user accounts, this notice and any consent mechanisms should be reviewed and updated before deployment.
