Dietitian website pricing questions
What it costs, when you pay and what's included, in plain numbers.
How much does an Itersi website cost?
There are two choices. The monthly plan has no build fee and costs $47 a month, including hosting and care. Or you can pay $597 once to own your site copy and host it anywhere.
What are my two options?
The monthly plan and Buy your site. Monthly means $47 a month and we host and look after the site. Buying means $597 once, and you receive your own copy, which you can host anywhere or with us for $25 a month.
What does a $0 build fee mean?
It means there is no separate charge for building your site on the monthly plan. You still pay $47 a month, and your first $47 is due before we start.
When is the first $47 due?
Before we start building. We send a secure Stripe invoice, and your first payment starts the build.
Is this a free website?
No. The monthly plan has no build fee, but it costs $47 a month. We don't call it free because it isn't.
What's included in the $47?
Your website build, hosting, updates, backups and up to 2 small edits a month. Your domain name fee isn't included, because you keep your domain in your own account.
What are the 2 small edits a month?
Small edits are changes like new wording, a new photo, updated fees, a changed booking link or an added service. Ask whenever you need one, up to two a month.
What counts as a bigger change, and what does it cost?
A bigger change is something like a new page design, a new feature or a full rewrite. We tell you what's involved and quote a price first, so nothing is charged without your yes.
Why is it so much cheaper than designers who charge $3,000 or more? What's the catch?
Those designers often create everything from scratch, with long strategy work and custom branding, and that can be worth it. We work from a strong system we already built and focus on one kind of client, so each site takes less time. The real trade-off on the monthly plan is that the built site stays with us while you subscribe.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No minimum term. You pay month to month and can stop whenever you like. Monthly payments are not refunded, and your site goes down when payment stops.
Can the price change later?
If we ever change the price, we'll tell you in writing before it applies to you. It would not change payments you have already made.
How do I pay, and is Stripe safe?
You pay by card through a Stripe invoice. Stripe is a large, widely used payment company, and we never see or store your full card number.
Can I add legal policies?
Yes. We can add privacy, terms and disclaimer pages through Termageddon for $15 a month, or you can buy your own licence with our referral link. We earn a commission or margin on these, and neither of us gives legal advice.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly payments are never refunded, including the first $47. On the $597 purchase you get 80% back if you aren't satisfied, within 7 days of delivery. If you buy later as a monthly client, the 7 days run from the day you pay the $597.
Is SEO included? What does ongoing SEO cost?
Every site includes the technical basics: titles, descriptions, schema, a sitemap and clear pages. Ongoing SEO work, such as regular content and tracking, is a separate service from $400 a month, with no ranking promises.
Are there any setup, cancellation or hidden fees?
No. The prices on our pricing page are the prices. The costs outside our plans are your own domain name and anything you choose to add, and we'd tell you about those first.
Do I have to pay for a domain name separately?
Yes. A domain name usually costs a modest yearly fee, paid directly to the company you register it with. Keeping it in your own account means it's always yours.
Can I write off my website as a business expense?
Many businesses can, but that's a question for your accountant, because it depends on your situation. We can give you invoices for your records.
Do you offer discounts for new graduates or students?
Our prices are already low and the same for everyone, so we don't run discounts or fake sales. The monthly plan is usually the easiest place for a new practice to start.
Can a colleague and I share one plan?
One plan covers one website. If you practise together, one shared site with several provider pages often makes more sense, so tell us how you work.
