the honest part

What happens if you stop paying?

Most companies hide this part. Here it is, in plain words.

What happens if I stop paying?

On the monthly plan, your site goes down when payment stops. Pay again within 90 days and it comes back up. After 90 days unpaid, we delete it.

How do I get my site back?

Pay what's due and tell us. The site comes back up, as long as it's within the 90 days.

Will I get a warning first?

Yes. We send reminders before your site goes down, so a missed payment doesn't catch you by surprise.

How long do you keep my site?

90 days from when it goes unpaid. After that it's deleted and can't be brought back.

What happens after 90 days?

We delete the site. You still own your domain, words, photos and logo, but you would need a new build to come back.

What if my card fails?

We'll let you know and give you a chance to fix it. Update your card or pay the invoice, and everything continues as normal.

Can I pause for maternity leave or a slow season?

You can stop paying and your site goes down, then pay again within 90 days to bring it back. If you want your site to stay online while you're away, keep the plan running, or buy your site and host it yourself.

How do I cancel?

Message us on WhatsApp or by email before your next invoice. There's no form and no minimum term, and payments already made aren't refunded.

What if I'm on the $25 plan and stop paying?

Your site goes down while it's unpaid, as on the monthly plan. Because you bought your site, you can still ask for a copy of it.

Can I buy my site after it has gone down?

Yes, within the 90 days. Pay the $597 and it's yours, with the same 7-day review period from the day you pay.
