No. On the monthly plan we host the site and license its design and build to you while you subscribe. You own your domain, words, photos and the logo we make for you, and you can buy the site itself for $597 at any time.

Each monthly payment pays for that month's hosting, updates, backups and edits. It isn't a deposit on buying the site, and we would rather say so now than surprise you later.

Your $47 subscription stops at the end of the month you've already paid for. There's no refund for part of a month.

Yes, on any host that runs WordPress. We'll move it once for free, and if you host elsewhere, updates, backups and security become yours to handle.

Yes. One move to the host you choose is included in the $597. It happens after the 7-day review period, once we hand over your copy.

It's hosting and care for people who bought their site and want us to keep looking after it: hosting, updates, backups and up to 2 small edits a month. That's the same care as the $47 plan.

Stay monthly if you want the lowest start and no hosting to think about. Buy if you want to own it from day one or you already have a host. If you'd stay with us anyway, $597 plus $25 a month becomes cheaper than $47 a month after about 27 months.

Updates, backups, security and any fixes become yours, or your developer's. We don't give care or edits on outside hosting unless you ask us for a quote.

Yes. Your site keeps working after the move, with Bricks and Itersi Site Kit updates still included. If you move again later, message us so we can reactivate it on the new host.

Yes. Once you've bought it, it's your copy with full administrator access, so any WordPress developer can work on it.

You do, on either choice. We recommend registering it in your own account. If you need help with that, we'll walk you through it.

Yes, on either choice. The logo we make for you is yours, even if you leave.

Yes. They were always yours, and you can have them when you leave. What stays with us is the built site, unless you buy it.

Your posts are your words, so you keep them. If you leave without buying, ask us for a copy before you go, and remember unpaid sites are deleted after 90 days.

If you've bought your site, yes, it's your copy to pass on with the practice. On the monthly plan, talk to us first and we'll sort out the simplest way to transfer it.
