A domain is your address on the web, such as yourname.com. You need one, and it should be in your own account, so it's always yours.

Yes. We connect it for you, and it stays in your account. If you have an old site on it, we'll plan the switch so that it's as smooth as possible.

Something short that's easy to say and spell, usually your name or your practice's name. A .com is still the safest choice.

Email isn't part of the website plans. We recommend a service like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for an address at your domain, and we can help you connect it.

Yes. Your site runs on https with a security certificate at no extra cost on our hosting.

Regularly, as part of hosting and care. If something goes wrong, we can bring the site back from a recent copy.

Message us and we'll look into it right away. Because we manage the server, we can usually find and fix the problem without you having to do anything.

Yes, on the monthly plan and the $25 plan. If you host elsewhere after buying, updates are yours to handle, or your developer's.

Your website shouldn't hold it. We set up sites so client information stays in your secure practice platform, and contact forms warn people not to send health details.

We build lean pages, compress images, and check speed before launch. We don't promise a specific score, because your images and tools also play a part.

Yes. We build separately and switch only when you've approved the new site.
