Service terms

Last updated November 3, 2026. These terms are between you and Itersi LLC, a Wyoming company.

1. The two ways to pay

Monthly plan. $0 build fee, then $47 a month. Your first $47 starts the build. It includes hosting, updates, backups and up to 2 small edits a month.

Buy your site. $597 once, at any time: before the build, during your subscription, or after pausing, within the 90 days. Past monthly payments do not reduce it, because they paid for hosting and care already given.

Hosting after buying. You can host anywhere, or with us for $25 a month, which includes hosting, updates, backups and up to 2 small edits a month.

Delivery. On both choices, your site is ready 3 days after we have all your information.

2. What you own

On either choice, you own your domain, your words, your photos and the logo we make for you.

On the monthly plan, we host the site and license its design and build to you while you subscribe. You don't own the built site. If you leave without paying $597, you get your words and photos, not the built site.

If you buy, you receive a full copy of your site (WordPress files and database), full administrator access and one free move to the host you choose. WordPress and its plugins stay under their own licences.

Bricks and Itersi Site Kit. Your site keeps working after the move, with Bricks and Itersi Site Kit updates still included. No licence is transferred to you, and the licence key stays with Itersi. If you move hosts again, tell us so we can reactivate it.

3. If you stop paying

Monthly plan. We send reminders first. Your site goes down when payment stops. Pay again within 90 days and it comes back up. After 90 days unpaid, we delete it.

$25 plan. Your site goes down when unpaid. Because you bought it, you can still ask us for a copy of the site.

Buying during a paid month. Your $47 subscription stops at the end of that paid month. There's no refund for part of a month.

4. Refunds

Monthly payments are never refunded, including the first $47.

The $597 purchase. If you aren't satisfied, you get 80% back within 7 days of delivery of your site. If you buy later as a monthly client, the 7 days run from the day you pay the $597, and your past monthly payments stay non-refundable.

Handover. Your full site copy and your move come after the 7 days. Until then, the site stays on our server, and you review it live.

After a refund, a new build is taken down. You keep your domain, words and photos. A monthly client goes back to monthly or stops.

5. Care and edits

Small edits are things like wording, photos, fees and links. Larger work is quoted first. If you bought your site and host it elsewhere, you don't get care or edits from us unless you ask for a quote, and updates, backups and security are yours to handle.

6. Your responsibilities

You check your site before it goes live and tell us if anything is wrong. You're responsible for your credentials, your health-related statements, your licensing, your testimonials and your compliance with rules that apply to your practice. Please don't send us client health information.

7. What we don't promise

We don't promise rankings, clients or income. We don't give medical, nutrition or legal advice, and we don't claim that a website is HIPAA compliant. We take care with your site, but we can't promise it will never have an outage.

8. Changes

If our prices or these terms change, we'll tell you in writing before the change applies to you.
