How your website gets made
You send your details in plain messages. We do the website work. You review it, and it goes live. Delivery is 3 days after we have all your information.
Send your details
Pay your first $47, or your $597 if you're buying, by secure Stripe invoice. Then send your details on WhatsApp or by email: your name and credentials, who you help, your services, your booking link and your photos. There are no forms to fill in.
Review your site
Within 3 days of having everything, your site is ready to review. Tell us what doesn't sound like you. Check every credential and claim, because your name is on them.
Go live, and relax
We connect your domain and set up Search Console. After that we handle updates and backups, and you message us for small edits.
What to send us
Rough notes are fine. If something is missing, we'll ask.
- Your full name, credentials and any licence or state details you want shown
- Who you help, and the problems you help with
- Your services, and fees if you want to show them
- In-person, virtual or both, and which states you serve
- Your booking tool link, or how clients reach you now
- Insurance details, if you take insurance
- A photo of you, if you have one, and your logo and colours if you have them
- Your domain name, if you already own one

How does it work?
You pay your first invoice and send your details in plain messages. We build your site, you review it, and we take it live. After that we look after it.
How fast is it?
Your site is ready 3 days after we have all your information.
When does the 3-day clock start?
When we have everything we need: your details, services, photos or photo choices, and your first payment. If something's missing, we'll ask, and the clock starts once it arrives.
What do you need from me?
Your name and credentials, who you help, your services, how clients book, the states you serve, and a photo and logo if you have them. Rough notes are fine.
Why plain messages and no forms?
Because you're busy, and long forms get abandoned. A few voice-to-text messages on WhatsApp or an email give us what we need, and we'll ask about anything missing.
What if I don't have a logo?
We can make one for you, and it's yours to keep on either choice. Or we can use a clean text logo with your name.
What if I don't have photos?
A real photo of you helps people trust you, and a phone photo in good daylight is often enough. Until then we can use suitable stock images, never presented as you or your clients.
Who writes the words?
We shape your notes into clear pages, and you check every word. Your name and licence are on the site, so you always have the final say on anything about credentials or health.
