You're never locked in
Some website services make leaving hard. We'd rather you stay because the site works. Here are your three ways out, written down before you pay a cent.
1. Own it from day one: $597
Choose the Buy your site option instead of the monthly plan. We build the same site in the same 3 days. You get 7 days after delivery to review it live, with 80% back if you're not satisfied. After those 7 days, your full site copy and administrator access are yours, and we move it once, free, to any host you choose.
It's 100% yours: your full site copy, ready to host anywhere. WordPress and its plugins stay under their own licences.
For comparison, the custom designers we looked at in November 2026 published starting prices from $2,500 to $7,500, and one said $3,000 to $15,000 is typical.
2. Start monthly, buy whenever you like
Start on $47 a month with no build fee on a 12-month plan (or a $197 setup fee month to month). Whenever you're ready, before, during or after a paused month (within the 90 days), pay $597 and the site is yours. It stays $597; past monthly payments covered hosting and care you already received.
3. Leave with what's yours
If you leave the monthly plan without buying, you always keep:
- Your domain, which stays in your own account from day one
- Your words and photos
- The logo we made for you
What stays with Itersi is the built site itself, because that's what keeps the monthly price low.
Why it's WordPress
A WordPress site is files and a database that almost any host can run, and almost any web developer can work on. Many website builders don't let you take your site with you; leaving means rebuilding. With Itersi, buying means you really can go. Read why we chose WordPress.
The full rules are in our service terms.

Contact UsCommon questions
Can I own my website from day one?
Yes. Choose the $597 option instead of the monthly plan. After the 7-day review window, you get your full site copy and administrator access, and we move it once for free to the host you choose.
Do I own my website on the monthly plan?
No, and we say so plainly. On the monthly plan you always own your domain, words, photos and logo; the built site is licensed to you while you subscribe. Pay $597 at any time to own your copy.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly plan?
Your site goes down. If you pay again within 90 days, it comes back up. After 90 days we delete it. Your domain, words, photos and logo stay yours either way.
Can another developer work on my site after I buy?
Yes. It's WordPress, one of the most widely used website systems, so any WordPress developer can take it over.
