A Google Business Profile can be an important discovery surface for a qualifying local practice, but not every virtual or online-only business is eligible.
Google's current eligibility guidance says a business generally needs to make in-person contact with customers during its stated hours, subject to specific exceptions. That is why Itersi does not promise a Business Profile to every telehealth-only practice.
What the free help covers
For eligible Itersi website clients, the no-extra-charge help is focused on initial setup and sensible basics: business information, category selection guidance, website connection, service-area or location information where appropriate, and practical profile-completion guidance.
It is not ongoing profile management forever. Regular posts, review campaigns, reputation management, ongoing local SEO, multi-location strategy, and recurring optimization can be scoped separately if needed.
Accuracy matters more than stuffing keywords
The business name, address/service information, categories, and public details should reflect the real practice. Trying to force keywords into a business name or create profiles that do not meet eligibility rules can cause problems rather than growth.
Itersi will favor a compliant, durable setup over shortcuts.
